Creative agency Amplify has appointed Jordan Dale as Global Creative Director, relocating him from London to Sydney to lead creative operations across the agency's Australian, UK, and US offices with primary focus on accelerating growth in Asia-Pacific markets.
London Creative Leader Relocates to Sydney Hub
Dale brings four years of experience at Amplify's international network, where he delivered campaigns for major global clients including OnePlus, Subway, ANZ Bank, and Visa. His work has earned recognition from industry award bodies including D&AD, One Show, and Spikes Asia.

The newly created role positions Dale to oversee creative operations across three continents while prioritizing APAC regional expansion. His relocation follows a 2023 creative secondment in Sydney that convinced him the city would become his eventual base.
"Since my first Sydney creative secondment in 2023, I knew Sydney would be a place that I'd eventually end up in," Dale said. "Being able to bring a global cultural mindset into this market, whilst diving head first into local insights feels like a fun creative challenge."
Before joining Amplify, Dale held senior creative positions at Above+Beyond in London, Colenso BBDO, and Ogilvy.
Multiple Senior Appointments Signal APAC Investment
The agency simultaneously announced Joel Menegazzo's appointment as Creative Director. Menegazzo recently returned to Australia after two years at Seed and will focus on content-led projects to strengthen creative capabilities.
Additional promotions include Lucinda O'Brien to Strategy Director, Domenic Scriva as Culture Executive, Aaron Bilham to Head of Production, and Caitlin Todd to Senior Business Lead managing key clients including Netflix.
"Building on the momentum of last year, we're excited to have Jordan and Joel join us locally to add further creative firepower to the work we deliver for our clients," said Gareth Davies, Managing Partner at Amplify Australia. "These new hires and promotions will further support our growth trajectory across APAC in 2026 and continue to raise the bar on our creative output."
Timing Follows Integration and Strong Global Growth
The appointments come approximately one year after Amplify's integration with Common Interest, marking a strategic moment for APAC leadership strengthening. The agency recently achieved 42% year-over-year revenue growth to £77 million globally and secured 30 new clients including EA and McDonald's.
Amplify's Sydney office serves as the agency's first overseas operation, established to meet demand from APAC-based clients. The office operates a blended model merging local talent with London studio resources for campaigns spanning insight, strategy, and creative development.
The agency now operates with 130 staff across APAC offices in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, South Korea, Japan, and Vietnam, serving brands like Nestlé and Unilever across 20-plus markets in the region.
Australia's 15 to 35-year-old demographic represents projected spending of US$100 billion by 2025, a key target market for Amplify's Sydney office focus on youth culture and cultural insights. The Sydney office has collaborated with London headquarters on global projects including Spotify's Front Left Live campaign.
