Havas Thailand Appoints Navinda Kittisubkul as Head of Strategy & Growth

Havas Thailand creates new Head of Strategy & Growth role for Navinda Kittisubkul, signaling the agency's push for integrated, AI-powered solutions across Southeast Asia.

Havas Thailand Appoints Navinda Kittisubkul as Head of Strategy & Growth

Havas Thailand has created a new Head of Strategy & Growth position and appointed Navinda Kittisubkul to the role, the agency announced on March 17, 2026, in Bangkok.

New Role Spans Media, Creative, Data, and AI

The position is a newly created role, not a replacement hire. Navinda will lead strategy and growth initiatives across the full agency, covering media, creative, data, and AI capabilities.

Spark Foundry's 'intelligent disobedience' positioning challenges agencies to move beyond predictable data-driven strategies. The Southeast Asia Media Agency of the Year argues cultural relevance and bold creativity deliver competitive differentiation.

Siamrit Wongvichitara, Chief Commercial and Growth Officer at Havas Thailand, said Navinda brings "a strong strategic perspective that will be instrumental as we continue to sharpen our focus on delivering integrated, client-centric solutions."

Navinda brings more than 20 years of experience across brand strategy, media planning, research, and integrated communications. Her career includes work with Unilever, GSK, and Bangkok Bank. Her work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, AdFest, and The Andys.

"Growth today requires a more connected approach to strategy," Navinda said. "When human insight, creativity, media and technology come together, we can help brands build stronger relationships with people and drive lasting growth."

Thailand Positioned as Priority Growth Market Within SEA Structure

Pankaj Nayak, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and President of SEA, described Thailand as "a strategically important market for Havas in Southeast Asia, with strong opportunities for growth."

The appointment sits within Havas's Singapore-anchored Southeast Asia structure. Singapore serves as the regional media hub following the 2025 APAC restructuring, which saw Southeast Asia and North Asia shift to report to Alberto Canteli Suarez, based in Dubai.

The new role is also tied to Havas's global AI-powered operating system, Converged.AI, which the network is investing in across markets to enable more data-driven solutions. Havas reported 3.1% organic revenue growth for 2025, driven by integrated media, creative, and digital strategies across APAC.

Parallel Appointments Signal a Regional Pattern

The Thailand move mirrors a similar appointment at Havas Moonfolks in Indonesia, where Erwin Airlangga was named Chief Strategy and Growth Officer following the 2025 restructuring. Both appointments cover two of Southeast Asia's largest markets within the same restructuring cycle.

The parallel moves suggest Havas is building local strategic leadership capacity in key SEA markets rather than centralizing strategy in Singapore. Both roles are structured around the agency's integrated Village model, which consolidates media, creative, data, and AI under one roof.

The broader industry context reinforces the urgency. Only 30% of APAC agencies have fully integrated AI into their campaigns, while 85% of APAC organizations now view AI as a strategic priority and 78% have created new AI leadership roles.

Havas Thailand's Integrated Model Aligned With Global Positioning

The appointment supports Havas's global positioning of "Growth, Powered by Desire," which combines strategy, creativity, data, and technology. Navinda's mandate to integrate all four capabilities at the market level directly reflects this framework.

Havas completed 11 majority-stake acquisitions globally in 2025 as part of its growth strategy. The Navinda appointment represents the organic side of that same expansion effort, investing in local leadership to execute the integrated model at the market level.

Navinda's background working with global consumer and healthcare brands positions Havas Thailand to serve large multinational clients that increasingly expect agency partners to operate at the intersection of brand strategy and technology.
