Analytic Partners Appoints Former Meta Executive Andy Ford to Lead APAC
Analytic Partners names former Meta executive Andy Ford as Associate Vice President for APAC, signaling aggressive regional expansion in marketing measurement and client services.
Analytic Partners has appointed Andy Ford as Associate Vice President for APAC, filling a newly created senior role designed to strengthen client partnerships and expand the firm's presence across Australia and the broader region.
Ford Brings Cross-Sector Measurement Experience to New Role
Ford brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing science, data intelligence, and commercial strategy. He previously led the expansion of Meta's marketing science unit across Australia and APAC. Most recently, he served as Head of Data Intelligence and Measurement at Coles 360, the retail media arm of the Coles Group, where he developed analytics capabilities for the retailer's brand partners.

In his new position, Ford will focus on client service and account leadership in Australia, deepening strategic partnerships and helping brands measure the return on their marketing spending.
Paul Sinkinson, Managing Director of Australia and Asia at Analytic Partners, welcomed the hire. "I've worked alongside Andy for more than a decade and have seen first-hand how he has grown demand and implemented impactful measurement solutions for businesses across APAC," Sinkinson said. "His appointment is a significant milestone in our APAC growth story."
Ford added: "I've long admired the work Analytic Partners does in helping brands translate data into commercial advantage. The future health of our marketing industry relies on more trusted measurement, which is exactly what Analytic Partners provides."
Appointment Forms Part of a Broader APAC Leadership Build-Out
Ford's hire is the latest in a series of senior appointments across the APAC region. Sinkinson was previously promoted to Managing Director of Australia and Asia, overseeing client relationships that include McDonald's, Woolworths, and Arnott's. Nikki Taylor was also appointed Director of Marketing for APAC, bringing 20 years of regional experience including a prior role as Marketing Growth Strategy Director at UPS.
The three appointments together reflect a structured expansion of Analytic Partners' regional leadership, covering strategy, marketing visibility, and client delivery.
Analytic Partners operates with more than 600 consultants globally, with local teams in Singapore and Shanghai. The firm has publicly identified APAC as a high-growth region and has stated plans for further team expansion across Southeast Asia, China, Japan, and Korea.
Dual Analyst Recognition Reinforces Firm's Market Position
The appointments come as Analytic Partners received simultaneous Leader designations from two of the most influential research firms in the analytics industry. The firm was named a Leader in the Forrester Wave for Marketing Measurement and Optimization Services (Q1 2026), receiving the highest scores in the Current Offering category. It was also named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Marketing Mix Modelling Solutions.
Forrester specifically cited the firm's proprietary tools, ROI Genome and GPS-Enterprise, as innovation strengths. Customer feedback in the Forrester evaluation highlighted the firm's strategic partnership approach and focus on measurable return on investment.
Ford's appointment takes effect as Australian organizations report growing demand for more rigorous ways to measure marketing performance, driven by media fragmentation and the rapid growth of retail media networks.
