LePub Appoints Ete Davies as Global COO Amid Expansion Push
LePub names Ete Davies as Global COO to scale operations across its 10-hub network. The appointment signals the agency's deliberate leadership strategy as it accelerates global expansion.
LePub has appointed Ete Davies as Global Chief Operating Officer, effective March 10, 2026, bringing over 25 years of international agency experience to the role as the creative network continues its rapid global expansion.
Davies Takes the Helm of a 10-Hub Global Network
Davies will oversee global business operations, client delivery, and product management across LePub's international network. His mandate includes making the agency's services fully integrated, scalable, and performance-driven.

His career spans senior delivery roles at AKQA and Managing Director at AnalogFolk, followed by CEO at Engine Creative. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Dentsu Creative's EMEA region before becoming Executive Vice President, a position he exited in August 2025.
Global President Sven Huberts welcomed the hire: "Ete is a leader who brings trust, clarity, and executional strength. His leadership will help strengthen our delivery foundations and ensure we execute our global priorities with the speed, consistency, and confidence our clients expect."
Davies said he is "excited to be a part of the next phase of LePub's journey" as the agency partners with "future-facing brands" to help them "adapt, evolve and thrive in an ever-increasingly complex, dynamic and intermediated environment."
A Sequenced Leadership Strategy at a Fast-Growing Agency
The Davies appointment follows LePub's hiring of Sven Huberts as Global President approximately one month earlier, in February 2026. The two appointments together represent a deliberate, sequential executive build-out separating strategic vision from operational delivery.
Notably, both Huberts and Davies share Dentsu Creative as a former employer. Huberts previously served as President of Global Innovation and Experience at Dentsu before joining LePub.
Founded in Amsterdam in 2020, LePub has grown to 10 hubs across nine markets in approximately five years. Recent openings include offices in London, New York, and Bogotá. The agency's US operation officially launched on January 1, 2025, with Lea Mastroberti appointed as President and Katy Alonzo as Chief Strategy Officer leading that market.
CEO and Chief Creative Officer Bruno Bertelli framed the hire in operational terms: "Great ideas only thrive when backed by strong operations. Ete's appointment will ensure we can scale our creative excellence globally while staying connected, agile, and ready for the future."
Background and Outlook
Davies' appointment fills a structural gap created by LePub's pace of geographic expansion. The agency built its current multi-hub network without a dedicated global operations chief until now.
His remit explicitly includes product management alongside client delivery and operations. This positions LePub not only as a creative services provider but as an agency capable of supporting more complex, technology-adjacent client briefs.
Davies will work closely with Huberts to optimize processes, integrate capabilities, and evolve LePub's operating model as the agency continues its growth trajectory. No specific Asia Pacific operational announcements were made alongside the appointment.
