HubSpot Releases 15 Updates Targeting Workflow Automation and Data Control
HubSpot's March 2026 updates add workflow automation, CRM restoration, and campaign features for marketing managers and administrators.
HubSpot released 15 product updates in March 2026, organized across two audiences: marketing managers focused on execution and engagement, and administrators managing automation, data structure, and system configuration. The updates address workflow limitations teams previously handled through manual processes or third-party tools.
Key Updates for Marketing Managers
Contact Send Time Optimization, now in public beta for Marketing Hub Enterprise, delivers emails based on each contact's individual engagement patterns rather than a fixed batch time. HubSpot analyzes past email opens and clicks to stagger sends across a defined window, reducing reliance on broad scheduling assumptions.
The Sales Workspace received a redesigned interface featuring a drag-and-drop summary page, new activity cards for deals and meetings, and a consolidated view across pipelines and records. HubSpot retired the legacy Sales Workspace on April 27, 2026, with all users transitioned to the updated experience.
Marketing emails can now be associated with multiple campaigns simultaneously. Previously limited to one campaign, the change allows teams to track a single email across parallel initiatives, for example, a quarterly lead generation campaign and a specific event campaign. The feature is in public beta for Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise.
HubSpot also introduced a TikTok Ads integration in public beta for Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise, allowing teams to manage campaigns within HubSpot alongside other marketing activity. The integration connects ad performance with CRM contact data and supports audience creation from existing HubSpot segments.
Additional manager-facing updates include the ability to save draft one-to-one emails and edit scheduled emails before sending, plus an updated Google Drive integration that allows automated folder creation, file uploads from HubSpot file properties, and Breeze AI-generated summaries of Google Docs and PDFs within workflows.
Key Updates for Admins
Meeting-based workflows, in public beta for all Professional and Enterprise hubs, allow automation triggers based on activity before, during, and after a meeting. Teams can create a deal when a meeting is scheduled, advance a deal when a meeting is completed, trigger follow-up sequences after discovery calls, or launch nurture flows for contacts who do not attend.
Restore CRM Records and Properties, in public beta for Enterprise, allows admins to recover deleted records and reverted property values within a 14-day window. The restore function supports granular targeting by specific user, specific time period, and specific property.
New operators for Conditional Property Logic, in public beta for Professional and Enterprise, expand the conditions available when defining property rules. Admins can now configure logic based on whether any value is known or whether any of multiple values are selected, making it possible to enforce requirements such as requiring a Churn Reason whenever a Churn Date is set.
The Report Builder received new formula options in public beta, allowing admins to build conditional logic and summary formulas using dropdown selections rather than manual syntax entry, simplifying the creation of conversion rates and deal amount summaries.
Other admin updates include the option to exclude weekends from time-between calculated properties for business-day-only metrics such as lead response time and ticket resolution, the ability to unpublish forms without losing submission history, and configurable default column layouts in the line item editor.

Context
MarTech.org noted that the March updates collectively reduce day-to-day execution friction while giving teams greater control over how HubSpot is configured and maintained. The release follows a similar format to HubSpot's January and February 2026 update packages, each covering approximately 15 prioritized changes.
