The partnership pairs transcosmos's comprehensive e-commerce management infrastructure and digital support systems with CREOK's operational track record on TikTok Shop. Together, the companies will cover the full range of services brands need to enter social commerce, from strategy and content creation through to back-office and logistics.

Services under the alliance include creator-collaborative content delivery, purchase flow design using short-form video and live streaming, content planning optimized for platform algorithms, advertising operations for traffic maximization, and back-office support covering customer experience, fulfillment, order processing, and logistics management.
The announcement, dated May 19, 2026, positions the alliance as a response to a gap many brands encounter when approaching TikTok Shop.
