StackAdapt Launches MCP Server to Bring Campaign Data Into Claude

Marketing teams have a new way to check on their ad campaigns. Instead of logging into a separate platform, they can now ask questions directly inside Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, and get live answers about how their campaigns are performing.

StackAdapt, an AI-powered advertising platform, announced the launch of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server. Think of MCP as a connector that lets your AI tools talk directly to your advertising data. The result: you can type a question in plain English and get real campaign numbers back, without switching tabs or waiting for a report.

This is a small product launch with a bigger story behind it.

The Problem It Solves

Running digital advertising campaigns is fragmented. A brand might run ads on connected TV (CTV), display banners, digital out-of-home billboards, and streaming audio all at once. Checking performance across all of those usually means logging into multiple dashboards, pulling exports, and stitching together reports.

That workflow creates a delay between when something goes wrong and when a team notices. By the time the weekly report lands, a poorly performing ad has already burned through budget.

StackAdapt's MCP Server addresses this by making campaign data available in real time, through a conversational interface. A marketer can ask "How is my CTV campaign pacing?" or "Which creative is underperforming?" and get an immediate answer inside Claude, without leaving the AI workflow they're already using.

What It Actually Does

The MCP Server connects StackAdapt's campaign data to external AI tools, including Claude, large language model-based agents, and workflow automation platforms. At launch, it covers six channel types: CTV, display, native, audio, digital out-of-home (DOOH), and programmatic linear TV.

Anthropic Claude Design converts text prompts into marketing assets and landing pages. Asia-Pacific adoption is surging with 25% of Claude Code users now from the region.

Setup takes minutes and requires no engineering team, no API work, and no added cost. Once connected, users can query campaign configuration details, check performance metrics, and review the status of individual creative assets, all through natural language.

"AI is reshaping how teams work, yet most platforms still require users to operate within their own environments," said Yang Han, Co-founder and CTO at StackAdapt. "The MCP Server brings StackAdapt's intelligence into the AI workflows where decisions are already being made."

Beyond simple reporting, the integration also enables more advanced setups. AI systems can be configured to continuously monitor campaign performance and trigger alerts or actions based on rules the team defines in advance. That moves campaign oversight from reactive to proactive.

Industry Convergence on a Common Standard

At least five major advertising and marketing technology platforms have deployed MCP servers as of April 2026, including Instantly, Markifact, Stack AI, and Ryze AI. That convergence signals something meaningful: the industry is standardizing on MCP as the way marketing data flows into AI environments.

For APAC marketing teams managing campaigns across multiple channels and markets, this matters practically. Consolidated visibility, without the dashboard-switching, reduces the cognitive load of managing fragmented campaigns. It also shortens the gap between insight and action.

The broader shift is about where marketing decisions actually get made. Increasingly, that is inside AI tools. Platforms that embed their data there are positioning themselves for relevance. Platforms that do not are betting their dashboards remain sticky. That is a bet fewer and fewer vendors seem willing to make.
